We want your experience with ZebraBlinds.com to be as positive as possible, which is why we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for almost all of our products. After all, there’s no point in offering you the lowest prices on blinds, draperies and other window treatments only to charge you extra for shipping. At ZebraBlinds.com, we know you want your new window treatments fast, which is why we ship directly from the factory and work to get your blinds, shutters, draperies and other orders delivered fast. Due to the weight and the way oversized orders and shutters are packaged, we are unable to offer free shipping on these items. We’re always happy to help you determine your shipping costs if you live in Hawaii or Alaska, or if you have an oversized order for shutters. Our goal is to save you money and help you get beautiful windows with less hassle.

Shipping Address Verification

We ship to any US location. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Normally due to restrictions by our payment processor we only ship to the billing address provided. If you require the shipping address to be different from the billing address you may use a paypal verified address and pay through paypal by selecting paypal as the payment method at checkout. If the address is not verified in paypal, the verification process can take up to 7 business days; please note that this is not under our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for billing and shipping. If the shipping address cannot be verified within 10 days, the customer should either accept the order to be shipped to billing address or cancel the order at a charge of 7% towards the transaction fee.

 

Shipment Acceptance Compliance

It is the customer's responsibility to collect the order at time of delivery, scheduled by the shipping agent. If a customer fails to collect the order from the shipping agent, the customer will be billed and charged against the shipping agent's penalties and fees towards storage, demurrage and return shipping. The returned order will be stored at the shipper's location for 90 days at extra charge. A returned order may be re-shipped to a customer within 90 days with an extra charge applied. The customer will also be billed against charges towards the return of a shipment, due to the customer's failure to provide correct a shipping address or storage at the shipper's location and re-shipping if applicable.

 

  • Shipping Info for Graber Products
    • Contiguous U.S.
      We ship your window treatments directly from the factory. We take every possible effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. But please note that the delivery time depends on the type of product and the destination address. The shipping is totally free to all contiguous states of USA, however, all oversize window coverings will be charged an additional shipping & handling surcharge of $80.00 per order. This applies to all orders 102” wider or greater. For Vertical Blinds, the surcharge applies to blinds 102” (width or length) and greater.

    • For Shutters, there is a handling charge of $5 / shutter with a minimum of $15 and maximum of $90 per order. The lead time will be 8weeks for all shutters. 

    • Alaska and Hawaii.

      Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will include a $60.00 per order surcharge.

      An additional $125.00 per order surcharge will be applied on any order over 102” wide or exceeding 20 pounds; For Vertical Blinds, the surcharge applies to blinds 102” (width or length) and greater. 

    • Small orders (10 blinds or less) will continue to enjoy a 2-3 day transit time via FedEx as long as the package size meets their size restrictions, which is less than 114” in length or width.  If the package size exceeds 114”, it will be shipped via ocean service, with an expected delivery time of 10-12 days.

      Larger orders (over 10 blinds) will always be sent via ocean service, unless the customer chooses to pay for expedited freight.  Customer Service will provide the estimated shipping cost should you choose this option at your expense.

      It is customer's responsibility to receive or arrange to collect the order at the time of delivery, scheduled by respective carriers. If customer fails to receive/collect orders from the carrier, the customer will be billed and charged against carrier's panalties and fees towards storage, demurrage and return shipping if applicable.

    • Contiguous U.S.
      We ship your window treatments directly from the factory. We take every possible effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. But please note that the delivery time depends on the type of product and the destination address. The shipping is totally free to all states of contiguous U.S.A, however, all oversize window coverings will be charged an additional shipping & handling surcharge of $90.00 per product type 96” wider or greater. For Vertical Blinds, the surcharge applies to blinds 96” (width or length) and greater.
