Issues with Kaspersky (As of April 12, 2016)


As of April 11, 2016, it has been brought to our attention that a recent update to the Kaspersky software suite has been having a false positive reaction to a URL on our checkout page. Due to this the web page will redirect you back to the shopping cart when you try to continue from the shipping method step. Kaspersky is currently aware of the issue and have promised to resolve it in the upcoming weeks. In the mean time Kaspersky has advised us to inform our customers to do the following:

To add a website to the Trusted URLs list:

  1. Open Kaspersky.
  2. Click on 'Settings'.
  3. Click on 'Protection' on the left.
  4. Click on 'Web Ant-Virus' on the right.
  5. Click on 'Advanced Settings'.
  6. Click on 'Configure trusted web pages'.
  7. Click on the 'Add' button.
  8. Enter the web address in the same format as shown: https://**
  9. Select 'Active'.
  10. Click on the 'Add' button.
  11. If needed, repeat the process for additional sites.
  12. Close the 'Trusted web pages' window.
  13. Click the Back arrow in the upper left three times to return to the main window.
  14. Retry the website. If it does not work, close all open web browsers and reopen the site.
