3. When will I know my order has gone into production?
Normally, your order goes into production within 24 hours. Work orders of all your orders are immediately processed and placed directly with factory as soon as you make the payment. We will send an email confirmation as well as provide order number of your order immediately after your payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a consignment tracking number to know your exact delivery date.


4. What is your delivery policy?
Most orders complete manufacturing and are shipped out within 5 - 10 business days of the orders being placed with an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping; total time for delivery typically takes 2 - 5 weeks. However, please note that the final delivery time can fluctuate due to circumstances out of our control, such as delays at the manufacturer as well as material backlogs or backorders. NOTE: Due to the current situation with COVID-19, extended delays are possible. While ZebraBlinds and our manufacturers are not currently directly affected, we will continue to monitor the situation and notify customers of any upcoming extended lead times or delays on their orders. Customers will be notified of delays if their order is impacted although current impacts are minimal. Please see our shipping policies for more information.


5. How do I pay for my blinds?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


6. Will it be possible to change or cancel my order after I placed it?
Normally, your order goes into production within 24 hours. Work orders of all your orders are immediately processed and placed directly with factory as soon as you make the payment. Therefore, please make sure that the sizes and colours are correct before ordering. Please check our Change, Cancellation and Refund policy .  Please feel free to contact us immediately and we will make every effort to make any changes we can.


7. Are the prices in US dollars?
Yes, all our prices are in US dollars. As we are a New Jersey  company, there are no duties, customs or brokerage charges to worry about.


8. Will I be charged NJ Streamlined Sales Tax?
Taxes are charged based on the shipping destination of your order. If  the product is shipped to New Jersey destination New Jersey Sales Tax  will be collected from the customers.
