Chrysanthemum is a beautiful variety of flower that comes in a plethora of colors ranging from red, pink, orange, yellow, purple, white and in dual colors like white and mauve, white and orange etc. countless varieties exist and the artist here has tried to recreate the magic of these gorgeous blooms on canvas with a clever use of knife and brush and acrylic colors. The background has been painted in a mesmerizing shade of blue with patches of white which a casual representation of the autumn sky. The blooming chrysanthemums are spread across the canvas like fluffy balls of cotton. For the flowers a mix of white, deep and light pink which stand out against the blue backdrop. There is something innately cheerful about the painting and the judicious use of bright and light colors has lent a charm that spreads across the room.
Available in a size of 12” * 12”, the chrysanthemum painting is a good choice for medium and smaller rooms. If you want to use the painting for a large room it is preferable to invest in two pieces for the right visual impact. The painting can be hanged in whichever way you want.
