Step 1 – The first thing you should do is to check the instruction manual once for proper mounting knowledge. And also make sure you have all the hardware included in the package.
Step 2 – There are two ways of mounting these cordless vinyl blinds – inside or outside the window frame. For outside mounting, hold the vinyl blind at your desired height and place it over the window opening. At each end of the blind, mark the exact location with a pencil where you need to place the brackets. Keep aside the brackets and take a drill machine to create holes in the marked locations. Use screws to fix each bracket into the wall or window molding. For inside mounting, hold the blind inside the window frame and make a pencil mark at each end. Remove the brackets from the headrail and align them with the marks. Pre-drill the marked location and attach the brackets using screws.
Step 3 – Lift the headrail into the position and snap it into the brackets. Make sure that the brackets are properly secured.
Step 4 – Attach the handle to the bottom rail and you are ready to use your vinyl blinds.
In the final step, you have to check whether your cordless vinyl blind is working smoothly or not. To lower the blind, pull down on the bottom rail, and to open, just raise the bottom rail and keep it at your preferred location. Cordless Vinyl blinds are not only convenient and easy to use, but they are also child and pet safe too as they don’t carry any dangling or hazardous window cords or pull chains.
