4 1/2" Graber Symphony Wood Cornices are perfect for mounting on the exterior trim of your window, or as inside mounts to fit flush against the window opening. They are crafted from premium North American hardwood for an elegant and lively look with their natural materials. When you choose outside mount, you can choose the size of the cornice return to perfectly cover your blind hardware, or you can choose no returns for a clean cut look for inside mounts. These wood cornices are custom made to your specified width as well.

What is the purpose of a cornice return?

A cornice return is the left and right side pieces of the cornice. They are designed to help cover the sides of the trim or hardware that you are covering, allowing for a clean finish on not only the front, but the sides as well. Choose the appropriate depth of your cornice return so that your trim or blind headrail can fit behind it.

Do these Symphony Wood Cornices come with cornice returns?

Yes! They do come with cornice returns as long as you select an Outside Mount. You will then be able to choose the cornice returns length of the left and right sides under step 4.

What is the difference between Graber Wood Cornices and Wood Valances?

The main difference between the Graber wood cornices and the Graber wood valances is that the cornices have a dust cover on the top for a complete cover, whereas their wood valances would just be the front piece that covers the top (plus the returns if chosen)
