        All window covering products are custom made to the measurements the customer provides. Hence, we will not accept responsibility for errors concerning ordering, cancellations and/or changes after order is in production. Customer is responsible for verifying as shown on the site.         Shopping Basket

        Customer must complete the registration form in order to purchase products from www.zebrablinds.com. The user is required to give contact information, physical address, and credit card information during application process for the purposes of the transaction. This information is required to contact the customer about services on our site for which he/she has expressed interest, and to process the orders submitted by him/her.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original color intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to crack. All cords will eventually wear out. We consider these things normal wear and tear, not covered by this warranty. Colors may vary from slot to slot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser This warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer own the products. Any implied warranties, which you may have, are in duration to the time during which you, as the original buyer own our products. If the product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace the defective product, without charge. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty. To obtain service under this warranty, return your products along with the original sales receipt to www.zebrablinds.com. You will be responsible for transporting the product to and from factory. No Liability for Incidental or Consequential Damages: Our warranty provides for defective products to be repaired or replaced. All transportation costs will be the responsibility of the buyer except where product arrives damaged due to shipping. Warranty is void unless customer opts for splitting/cutting the horizontal blinds that are wider than 60”, as it is directly linked to the durability of operational mechanisms. All Graber, Norman & other brands sold through our websites warranties are covered by the manufacturers directly.     • Shipping
        • We ship your window treatments directly from the factory. We take every possible effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. But please note that the delivery time depends on the type of product and the destination address. The shipping is totally free to all States in USA, however, all window coverings more than 94" will be charged an additional oversize handling charge.


          For All Canadian Provinces


          Shipping Policy for Graber Products:
        • The oversize surcharge is $75.00. This applies to all orders 98” wide or greater, which equates to approximately 4% of orders. For Vertical Blinds, the surcharge applies to blinds 98” (width or length) and greater


      Shipping Policy for Norman Products:

        • The oversize surcharge is $80.00. This applies to all orders 94” wider or greater, which equates to approximately 4% of orders. For Vertical Blinds, the surcharge applies to blinds 94” (width or length) and greater.  

           

      For Shutters, there is a handling charge of $5 / shutter with a minimum of $20 and maximum of $70 per order.

       


    • Shipping Address Verification
      • We ship to any Canadian location. It is customer's responsibility to provide with correct shipping address. If shipping address is different from billing address, the order will be shipped only after verfication of the given shipping address. Normally, it will take more than 7 business days to verify a shipping address. Please note that most of the financial institutions, except Paypal, do not verify shipping address and thereby NOT allowing to ship to other than billing address! Therefore, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for billing and shipping. If the shipping address cannot be verified within 10 days, the customer should either accept the order to be shipped to billing address or to cancel the order at a charge of 7% towards the transaction fee.

         


    • Shipment Acceptance Compliance
      • It is customer's responsibility to collect the order at the time of delivery, scheduled by carriers. If customer fails to collect orders from the carrier, the customer will be billed and charged against carrier's panalties and fees towards storage, demurrage and return shipping. The returned order will be stored at shipper's location for 90 days at extra charge. Such returned order may be re-shipped to customer within 90 days at extra ch arges. Thecustomer will also be billed against charges towards the return of a shipment, due to customer's failure to provide correct shipping address, storage at shipper's location and re-shipping if applicable.

         

        In the case any part or whole of the order is lost or misplaced during transit, an investigation will be conducted by carrier/delivery agent. Normally, such investigation may take up to 10 business days. Upon completion of such investigation, Zebrablinds.com will remake the missing merchandise and ship out to customer's shipping address, free of cost.

    • Color Accuracy
      • We put our best efforts to ensure that the colors displayed and printed on our web are accurate, yet actual colors will vary. Besides, subtle variations on colors and textures may not be fully appreciated on your system due to differences in monitors and the lighting environment you are in. Due to this reason, swatch colors on the website cannot be guaranteed to match the color of the blinds/shades. As all our products are custom made and cannot be returned, please be sure that you will need to live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. If you require an exact color match, please request for a sample before placing your order. The color samples will match with the slats/fabric of the blinds/shades and components such as headrails, bottom rails, tassels, etc. will only be color-coordinated.


        Due to the variances in the wood's natural color, grain, etc. each dye lot will vary for any of the stained wood products. These variances are minimal, but there is no way to assure the exact color of stained wood blinds. If you are ordering multiple blinds we strongly recommend that you order all of them at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot and will match one another. Sample colors may also vary slightly as our samples may come from different dye lots than the blinds you receive.


    • Customer Inspection of Merchandise
      • Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify www.zebrablinds.com immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment! In addition, please check and make sure if you received merchandise exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify www.zebrablinds.com that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days from the date of receipt of merchandise, www.zebrablinds.com will either repair or replace at no cost to you. If you do not notify that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during the 7 day period, www.zebrablinds.com will neither repair nor replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you..

        Money Back Policy For The First Blind Purchased.

        We provide custom blinds manufactured to the specifications provided by our customers. As a result, most orders are not returnable. However, to help our customers we provide easily understandable measuring instructions on our website and also provide live help for further convenience. We understand that you invest a significant amount for your window treatment project; hence, we advise you to consider making your first order for one blind or shade. This will provide with the opportunity to be convinced of the quality and workmanship of our products and to invest confidently.
         
        We allow our customers to return their first blind, shade, or shutter for any reason, within 30 days of receipt of shipment, provided the first blind, shade or shutter ordered is equal to a maximum value of $50.00 or less and is not completely to your satisfaction, and you had ordered for the free samples to make sure you like the color before ordering the product. Products cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with the texture or quality or color of the material unless your product is incorrect or significantly different from the color sample you received. The shipping charges associated with any return, is the customer's responsibility. Please remember to contact our Customer Service before returning any of our products.
         
        Money Back Policy For All Blinds Purchased (see paragraph above for Money Back Policy For The First Blind Purchased).
         
        We offer a 1-month (from the date you receive your shipment of blinds, shades or shutters) 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. For any reason, (except customer incorrectly measuring or did not follow our measuring instructions), if you are not completely satisfied with your order, inform us and we will make it right. To be covered by this Satisfaction Guarantee, you should order free samples of our products before you place your orders. This Satisfaction Guarantee is covered only for the first blinds or shades you had purchased. Monitor colors vary dramatically under the lighting environment you are in. For this reason, we cannot honor our Satisfaction Guarantee on colors unless you first ordered free color samples, and your product is incorrect or significantly different from the color sample that you received.

    • Changes, Cancellation and Refund
      • Due to our products being custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. We automatically charge your credit card for the total sale price, including shipping, immediately after you complete your online order.

        Changes

        Changes in orders can only be made for a period of 24 hours after your online order is finalized. On rare occasions delay, caused by shipping companies, holidays, or other factors beyond the control of zebrablinds.com and its associates, may occur. In this event you will be contacted. zebrablinds.com reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

        Cancellation

        Phone Orders

        Phone ordering customers are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation, emailed to them after checkout.         Refund

        Your orders are instantly and directly placed with our factory for the prompt production and delivery of your blinds. Therefore, any change or cancellation within the first 24 hours may incur minimum 6% transaction fee. However, no change or cancellation after 24 hours! All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
